Dr. Sreelakshmi Shanker | Founder & Director | Training, Coaching and Development
Dr. Sreelakshmi Shanker, Ph.D., Post-Doctoral Research Scientist (ICSSR, New Delhi), is an expert in leadership coaching, professional training, and workforce upskilling. With more than two decades of experience, she has designed and delivered powerful learning interventions that help individuals, teams, and organizations reach higher levels of performance.
A certified professional from IIM Kolkata, Dr. Sreelakshmi specializes in leadership development, behavioural training, and organisational learning, blending academic depth with practical, real-world insights. Her work spans Management Development Programs, Faculty Induction Programs, and executive coaching, helping professionals enhance competencies such as people leadership, emotional intelligence, critical and strategic thinking.
She has been a Organisation Development Faculty at the Regional Training Institute, Government of India, Adjunct Faculty at premier institutions including NIFT Hyderabad, University of Hyderabad, contributing significantly to capability building across sectors. As a Master Trainer in Leadership, she partners with corporate organisations worldwide to support talent development, culture transformation, and continuous learning initiatives.
